Rowing is an outdoor water sport. It can be done in a team, ranging from 2, 4 or 8 people or alone in a single scull. It is a sport for everyone and offers something for everyone. You can row 7 days a week, or once every 7 weeks. There is both recreational rowing and national competition. Obviously, there are also a number of levels in between! Rowing is a sport in which all muscle groups are used (provided that the correct technique is used), and with little risk of injury.
